1. Who you're contracting with

Currency Grid (the "Service") is operated by Market Leap Partners Inc.("we", "us", "our"), a company based in Japan. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

Currency Grid is a web-based currency conversion tool that displays exchange rates in a customizable grid. Free and paid ("Pro") tiers are available.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service unlawfully or fraudulently;
  • Send spam or infringe intellectual property rights;
  • Probe, scan, scrape, or interfere with the security or integrity of the Service;
  • Upload malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account;
  • Reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service without our written permission.

You must keep your account credentials confidential and provide accurate information.

4. Intellectual property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, documentation, and branding. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within your selected plan.

5. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Exchange rate data is sourced from third parties (including the European Central Bank) and provided on an "as is" basis for informational purposes — not as financial advice.

6. Payments and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. For payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics, please refer to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until canceled. You can cancel at any time via the customer portal.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Japan, unless required otherwise by mandatory local law.
