We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Currency Grid Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all Currency Grid orders. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address used at checkout, or
• Email us at info@marketleappartners.com and we will help process your refund.

Once approved, refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer (typically 5–10 business days).

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time via the customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access to Pro features continues until the end of your current billing period.
